The Commonwealth Youth Awards, held each year in March, celebrate the outstanding contributions young people (aged 15-29) are making towards tackling global issues, improving lives and achieving the UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). Youth on Course – the nonprofit organization providing youth with access to life-changing opportunities through golf – has announced its class of 2024 college scholarship recipients, who will be receiving $285,000 in scholarship funds. The Youth on Course college scholarship program empowers the next generation to realize their dreams beyond the golf course by providing accessible opportunities to pursue higher education. Since 2008, 343 Youth on Course members have received financial support to attend college totaling $3.2 million in scholarships.
